women's dayWoman has always been defined as a daughter, a sister, a woman, a wife and a mother. And even a friend, a mistress, a companion or just an acquaintance.    What exactly is a woman? A question put to us by many in this male dominating society. They have been compared countless of times as to why they are any less from those who possess power physically? Is machoism the only means to categorize? I guess not. One should look at all areas a woman has to offer and then base our conclusions accordingly.   
We all know that since birth, a woman is taught to sacrifice. As a child, the little girl is taught that the son is alw women's day

my best friend ?“He is just a friend,” I chanted.  “He is nothing more to me than just a friend.” A phrase that I had instilled in me so religiously that I wasn’t able to feel a fraction more than a best buddy can  How I was wrong. Friends told me. Relatives advised me  
“A guy and a girl can never stay friends for long.”  “Something is bound to happen one way or the other.”  Inspite of sheltering myself, I had always known it was inevitable  
Somewhere in the back of my mind, I knew it as I know that night follows day  But my stubborn streak screamed otherwise   
Maybe it was the fear of losing him as a friend &n my best friend ?
